With the support of the RSC Equity and Diversity Committee and the School Management Group, and with reference to Item 4 of the RSC Review (Building a Culture of Collegiality and Engagement) and implementation of the Responses to Recommendations 5.1 and 5.2 of the Review:

You are invited to attend the following training on Friday 10 August from 10.30am-12.30pm  – RSC Seminar Room (Rm 3.105).

It is an expectation of the School that all new as well as existing HDR students will attend.

Appropriate Behaviour in Supervisory Relations” – this two hour session will provide details relating to the definition of harassment and bullying, as well as working through case studies and scenarios.

The Research School of Chemistry is the first school in the College of Science to receive this training .

There will be a similar session on the 17 August for academic and professional staff to attend.

You will need to register your attendance to this event (via Eventbrite).

Light refreshments will be provided.
