Sandra Elizabeth Saji is a PhD student in the Research School of Chemistry. She received her MSc. degree from Vellore Institute of Technology, India in 2017 and her BSc. degree from Christ University, India in 2015 being the University Gold Medalist during both undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

Her research interests include the synthesis of two-dimensional (2D) metal oxides and their applications in photo(electro)catalysis, especially in nitrogen reduction, for sustainable energy conversion.
