Incubator Hub

Located in Building 138, the incubator hub offers a 97sqm dedicated laboratory and 23.5sqm of office space, with separate secure access from Linnaeus way and University Avenue.

• consumables storage space
• dedicated bunded and ventilated area for large equipment

The facility is equipped with a safety shower/eyewash station. First aid and chemical spill kits are provided.

Fume cupboards with internal lab benches, storage cabinets, wash up sinks, dedicated resource room and fridge/freezer space. The facility includes plumbed nitrogen, lab cooling water and other dedicated gasses as required. Access to dedicated office desks is also included.
