At the Research School of Chemistry (RSC), we recognise and value the differences that individuals bring to our community. We are therefore strongly committed to providing a welcoming, respectful, open, and inclusive learning and working environment, for all students and staff.
The RSC People and Culture committee works closely with the School to develop and implement strategies that foster inclusion by facilitating access and promoting equity and diversity. We also work to ensure easy access to an open and diverse network of support that is available to all School members.

- RSC has two private parenting rooms for breastfeeding and families of RSC members. There is also a room available for prayer or when a quiet, private space is required. All details are available on the RSC IDEA Intranet page
