Chemical Synthesis of Bioactive Diterpenoids

Abstract

The wealth of structural diversity and biological activity of diterpenoids has long inspired the development of new synthetic chemistry. Our laboratory focuses on both strategic innovation and methodological advances in efforts to streamline access to these targets to permit collaboration with biological laboratories to learn more about their mechanisms of action. In this lecture, I will discuss some of our recent advances along these fronts.
