Following the announcement that the ACT would remain in lockdown for at least a total of 3 weeks until September the 2nd, we are saddened to say that we will have to reassess our options for ChemBall 2021. The event was originally planned for Friday the 27th of August, but because this date is within the lockdown window we can no longer hold the Ball at this time.

We are currently working to see if it might be feasible to postpone the event to another Friday or Saturday night in October (weeks 11-12 of semester). 

In the meantime, if anyone is unsure that they will be able to make the postponed event, or if you simply want your money back in what is already a hard time for everyone, please reply to this email to request a full refund of the ticket price of ChemBall, which we will be more than happy to process through Qpay.

We hope that everyone is staying safe and well throughout the ACT lockdown and we hope that you can make it to ChemBall if it goes ahead later in the year. When we have more news we will post about it on our Facebook page, but we thought it was best to give as much information as we can as soon as possible.
