Structurally complex organic natural products are the basis of most of our medicines, and people trained in their
preparation are employed in discovery and process chemistry research units of pharmaceutical companies. We have
a strong track record in devising and carrying out the shortest chemical syntheses of complex natural products, and in
training future employees of pharmaceutical companies. The structures of a few of the many natural products that we
